By accessing, browsing or ordering on this site you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not order goods from this site. The laws of England and Wales govern any claims relation to the use of this site and its contents.

Prices:

The prices quoted are a guide only and we reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Acceptance of your order is an agreement that the price quoted is current and we will abide by that price.

V.A.T:

All prices INCLUDE VAT at the current rate.

Lamps (Bulbs):

We will attempt to supply FREE OF CHARGE, the recommended, maximum wattage, lamp suitable for the fittings you purchase according to the manufacturers specification. This offer excludes any special, unusual or non standard low energy lamps not supplied by the manufacturer and not included in the price of the fitting.

Delivery:

U. K. mainland, orders over £150, carriage of £10 is INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE. Eire, and all orders below £150, please add £10 carriage. All other areas, POA

Dispatch:

Goods should be dispatched within 10 working days of payment being received. (See “Payments “ below) but please allow up to 28days.

Collection:

Goods can be collected at our showrooms, by arrangement, during usual business hours (see below)

Payments:

For the quickest processing of orders. Credit/Debit Cards; Payment on telephone. Call 01634 407724 Mon – Fri 9 AM till 5.30 PM, Sun 10.30 AM till 4 PM

Cheques; Made payable to Nimbus Lighting at 144 High St. Rochester Kent ME1 1ER. Your order will not be dispatched until cleared funds have reached our account.

PayPal; The secure on-line method using major debit/credit cards.

Returns:

Faulty Goods: We must be notified in writing, by e-mail or fax within 7 days of receipt of goods and a Returns Authority Number (RAN) received and printed clearly on the outside of the packaging. Goods are to be returned to us for inspection, unused, in the original, undamaged packaging. We will either replace the item or credit your account (less any delivery charge.)

Unsuitable goods or goods incorrectly ordered; Please contact us within 7 days in writing, by e-mail or fax and we will endeavour to help. What we can do will depend on what you have ordered and if you are buying a replacement of equal or greater value.

All return costs must be met by the purchaser.
