Shopping Help?

 

Shopping at Nimbus Lighting can be done 2 ways.

 

1. Shop in the store

You can go to the shop and talk to the experts who will show you all the options available to you. You can then pick up the light in th shop or order it for delivery.

2. Shop online

You can still talk to Nimbus Lighting (go to contact page) to talk to the experts who will talk you through all the options available to you. From looking through the site and from the advice given, you can simply make your purchase and wait for delivery.

 

1/ Browse the site to make your product selection.

 

Pendant exampleUse the navigation to select the type of lighting you are interested in. This could be for example Ceiling Lights and within that you want to look at different types of Pendant Lights. Once you have made that selection you will see all available lights within that category.

(a) Clicking on the picture or description will take you to a larger picture and fill information on that product,

(b) Clicking on the buy button will place the prodct into the basket ready for purchase, if you want.

 

 

2/ Your selection goes to PayPal

Once you have clicked onto the BUY button, your selection will be added to the PayPal basket. At this point you can continue to shp on the website, adding other choices to the basket. You can also choose to delete choices or cancel the selection.

3/ Payment through PayPal

When you are happy with the selection you have made, you can then select Proceed to checkout. All the transactions are done through PayPals own payment system. PayPal is used by millions of commercial e-commerce websites for its ease of use and security. Read more about PayPal by clicking here.

 

4/ Delivery

Goods should be dispatched within 10 working days of payment being received but please allow up to 28days.

 

Goods can be collected at our showrooms, by arrangement, during usual business hours.

 

5/ Faulty goods

Unsuitable goods or goods incorrectly ordered; Please contact us within 7 days in writing, by e-mail or fax and we will endeavour to help. What we can do will depend on what you have ordered and if you are buying a replacement of equal or greater value.
