Delivery & Returns


 


 

Delivery VanDelivery            

U. K. mainland,  orders over £150, carriage of £10 is INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE.  Eire, and all orders below £150, please add £10 carriage. All other areas, POA

 


 

Dispatch      

Goods should be dispatched within 10 working days of payment being received. (See “Payments “ below) but please allow up to 28days.

 

Collection           

Goods can be collected at our showrooms, by arrangement, during usual business hours (see below)

 

 

Returns

Faulty Goods: We must be notified in writing, by e-mail or fax within 7 days of receipt of goods and a Returns Authority Number (RAN) received and printed clearly on the outside of the packaging. Goods are to be returned to us for inspection, unused, in the original, undamaged packaging. We will either replace the item or credit your account (less any delivery charge.)

 

Unsuitable goods or goods incorrectly ordered; Please contact us within 7 days in writing, by e-mail or fax and we will endeavour to help. What we can do will depend on what you have ordered and if you are buying a replacement of equal or greater value.

 

All return costs must be met by the purchaser.
